"Plans to build an intermodal logistics facility in Victorville were derailed on Tuesday when city council members dissolved a longstanding agreement to develop the Southern California Logistics Rail Authority.
Approved by the council in 2007, the project initially included a memorandum of understanding with the BNSF Railway Co. to explore the development of an intermodal logistics facility at Southern California Logistics Airport."
